Welcome to the North Carolina Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Association instance of EASy, the application system for Culturally Responsive Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement®.
Notice to all Mental Health Specialist applicants:
As of August 2, 2024 you will no longer have access to your MHS application. This is because the system will undergo an update that will impact the MHS application. Those registering new MHS applications can do so, however will not be accepted until the system's update is complete which is expected to be in early 2025.
Remember: the Mental Health Specialist category will no longer require an exam to earn endorsement, however there have been modifications to the requirements. Please contact us at endorsement.support@ncimha.org for more information.
To ensure that NCIMHA has the resources to provide ample support to applicants as we grow, we are currently using a cohort based model to support North Carolina infant and early childhood professionals through the Endorsement process! Learn more about the cohort process and Endorsement requirements here (https://www.ncimha.org/applying-for-endorsement/) Interested in joining a cohort? Fill out our Interest Form (https://forms.gle/idjo5Zgfwv2sD88c8) or reach out to our Endorsement Coordinator at Endorsement@NCIMHA.org.

You are joining an international group of professionals who have chosen to earn the Endorsement credential as a way to demonstrate specialization in the infant-early childhood mental health field. Endorsement was developed by the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health in 2002 and is now used by 37 state IMH associations and 2 international associations. Each of those associations is a member of the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health.
Through the Alliance, this means that your Endorsement is recognized in each of those 39 associations.
